SUMMARY:Sound Bath: Chakra Balancing & Integration
DESCRIPTION:This Sound Bath meditation utilizes sound frequencies\, bija seed syllables\, and mantras to balance and integrate the chakral system.\n\n\n\nDuring the gentle Guided meditation\, allow the beautiful vibrations of SIXTEEN chakra-tuned crystal and metal singing bowls\, along with the tremendous healing power of TEN planetary-tuned gongs to release long-held stress\, tension\, and blockages.  Gain insight and inner space during this inward journey through sound. \n\n\n\nSit in one of our comfy chairs\, meditation chairs\, meditation stools\, or you may bring a yoga mat to lie down.  We don’t use community-shared sticky mats at Eloia Healing Arts. \n\n\n\nIn-person sound bath experiences are very physical in nature–many feel as if they had a massage\, after a sound bath.  Because of the intensity of the vibrations\, this is not recommended for those sensitive to sound\, including children and those who are pregnant. \n\n\n\nCost: $35.00 \n\n\n\nDoors open 10 – 15 minutes prior to the event\, to get settled. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSound Baths are not refundable.  However\, if you notify us within 3-days of the event\, we can reschedule your sound bath for a later date.  If there is less than 3-days\, feel free to give your seat to someone else\, since you have already paid for it. Seats are fully transferrable.  Thank you.

Both symbolic and medicinal\, a sound bath experience often brings new energetic perspective to the body\, mind\, and spirit. \n\n\n\nAn immersive experience with TEN planetary-tuned gongs– along with SIXTEEN chakra-tuned crystal and metal singing bowls — we will experience the vibrational power of sound\, as it releases\, realigns\, and rejuvenates the body. \n\n\n\n$35\, per person \n\n\n\nSpace is limited to 20 people\, and these events often sell out.  Early registration is strongly recommended. \n\n\n\nThere are plenty of seats for everyone.  We do not share community sticky mats\, so if you wish to lie down\, be sure to bring your personal yoga mat (as space allows). \n\n\n\nDoors open 10 – 15 minutes prior to the event\, to get settled. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWorkshop fees are non-refundable but may be applied\, once\, to a similar workshop within 6-months of the original date\, if requested 24-hours prior to the event. \n\n\n\nSound baths are not recommended for children under 14 years of age\, pregnant women\, or those sensitive to sound stimuli.  The choice is always yours. \n\n\n\n$35.00 each
