This Community meditation Circle for Peace is open to all with meditation experience or not.
After setting our intentions, both personal and global, we will experience a short guided meditation journey, followed by an hour of silent meditation. Sit in one of our chairs or bring a meditation cushion for seated meditation. (This one is not for lying down).
You may also want to bring a journal.
