In this Sound Bath meditation, we will resonate with the energies of the full moon to help heal emotional discord held within the body, the auric field, and in the world.

Enjoy the beautiful healing frequencies in person, as the sound waves release long-held tension and holding. Allow the singing bowls, gongs, and voice to move healing energies around and through the four lower bodies for your highest intentions. Leave refreshed and revitalized at the full moon!

This undertaking is admirable and certainly very desirable, particularly at this time. However, they often conclude their intention with a statement that goes something like, “I am releasing everything and everyone that no longer serves me.” I am puzzled by this statement and its implication that we are here to be served. This concept has led me to an inner investigation of the nature of service within my Reiki practice.
