Full Moon Sound Bath Journey (limited in-person attendance)

This is for live attendance at this Sound Bath Meditation.  Attendance limited to 8 participants.

In this Sound Bath meditation, we will resonate with the energies of the full moon and the lunar eclipse, at Vesak. This is a special time of blessing for the four lower bodies of the individual and for the planet.

Participants are required to wear a mask throughout; temperature checks at the door.  Seats are provided (preferred).  You may lie down, if you prefer.  Bring a yoga mat, if you wish.  No blankets or pillows, please.

This sound bath will focus primarily on the triad vibrations of SUN GONG, MOON GONG, and EARTH GONG, along with the 528 Hz frequency for DNA/ancestral energies repair.
