Meditation Workshop: The Peace Within – Working with Yantra

This monthly workshop provides participants with tools and practice in multiple forms of meditation–for relaxation, release, and re-connection. Each month, there is a guided meditation, with inspiration to keep your own practice going strong. No previous experience in meditation is required.

This meditation journey brings sacred geometry and mandala work as a yantra tool for finding the peace within for deeper meditation practice.

Bring a notebook/journal to the class.
