Tues. October 10th- Chakra Awareness Meditation- This meditation journey will bring you in tune with each one of your 7 major chakras in order to bring harmony and balance to each. With this awareness, insight will be gained into any imbalances allowing for intuitive guidance on healing. It is not necessary to have any knowledge about the chakras to attend, in fact this can be a wonderful introduction into your energetic body.
Please feel free to bring a yoga, mat, blanket and/or pillow and a journal. Meditation stools and chairs available.
