Moving Meditation Workshop

This workshop focuses on meditative movement to activate the four lower bodies: the physical, etheric, mental, and emotional bodies. Working with somatic release techniques and integrative flow is a primary focus for this work.

Move at your own pace and level of comfort.

All levels of meditation experience and movement experience/abilities welcome.All bodies are welcome!

Class is limited to 10.

What to bring:

water
yoga mat (optional/suggested)
Journal
dress for comfort (workout-type clothing recommended)
your open heart!

Ages 14 and up are welcome.

Clients and students will often share they are on a spiritual path of clearing out the chaotic energies in their lives. This undertaking is admirable and certainly very desirable, particularly at this time. However, they often conclude their intention with a statement that goes something like, “I am releasing everything and everyone that no longer serves me.” I am puzzled by this statement and its implication that we are here to be served. This concept has led me to an inner investigation of the nature of service within my Reiki practice.
