Self-Love & Beyond (a SHEROS full-day retreat at Scape)

This retreat will help you become aware of the effects that your thoughts can have on your body and health, which are so often overlooked in our daily lives.

Session 1 (Morning): The ‘Power of Positive Thinking’ meets Quantum Physics. In this fun and dynamic interactive presentation, you will learn how your inner dialogue affects your personal energy field, the energy of the people around you, and the creative principles of the cosmic consciousness. Learn how to use these principles in your everyday life for greater alignment with your Higher purpose.

Session 2 (Afternoon): Pendulum Workshop. Learn how to connect and communicate with your Angels, using a pendulum. In this session, you will also be given tools to find out how accurate your pendulum dowsing is and what obstacles you have to achieving 100% accuracy. Guided practice in formulating questions and discerning answers is provided. This session culminates with a guided meditation journey to meet your Angelic Guide. Each person will choose their own pendulum, a gift from SHEROS.
