Sound Bath: Healing the Emotional Body (Live, in-person)

This sound bath meditation is offered live, in-person.

Allow the singing bowls, gongs, and voice to help heal the emotional body, to allow more freedom and energetic flow.

During the gentle Guided meditation, allow the beautiful vibrations of FOURTEEN chakra-tuned crystal and metal singing bowls, along with the tremendous healing power of TEN planetary-tuned gongs to release long-held stress, tension, and blockages.  Gain insight and inner space during this journey through sound.

Tickets are limited to 8 participants at this time.

Masks are required for all in this healthcare facility. Temperature checks will be at the door, for all of us.

Sit in one of our comfy chairs or you may bring a yoga mat to lie down (no blankets or pillows, please).

In-person sound bath experiences are very physical in nature–many feel as if they had a massage, after a sound bath.  Because of the intensity of the vibrations, this is not recommended for those sensitive to sound, including children and those who are pregnant.
