Heal yourself; heal the planet.

This is a special sound bath for Earthlings seeking peace and love in a time of great challenge. Allow the 14 singing bowls and 9 gongs to transport you to a place of Love and Light to support your personal journey in this life and to help heal the discordant frequencies emanating through perceptions of fear and lack.

It is recommended that you sit during a sound bath meditation. Chairs are provided. You may lie down, if you prefer. Bring a yoga mat, if you wish to lie down. No blankets or pillows, please.

Enjoy the benefits of a guided meditation with sound.

Clients and students will often share they are on a spiritual path of clearing out the chaotic energies in their lives. This undertaking is admirable and certainly very desirable, particularly at this time. However, they often conclude their intention with a statement that goes something like, “I am releasing everything and everyone that no longer serves me.” I am puzzled by this statement and its implication that we are here to be served. This concept has led me to an inner investigation of the nature of service within my Reiki practice.
