LIGHTEN UP WITH SOUND!

This fun and informative experiential SOUND HEALING WORKSHOP teaches the integration of body, mind, and spirit through breathwork and vocal toning. Learn to find your physical center, optimum vital tone, and inner strength through your natural gifts of breath and voice. This is a terrific introduction to SOUND HEALING and is a great way to open the inner channels, clearing blockages and raising your frequency.

You will want to have a private space in which to work and to create sounds, without feeling inhibited.

Have a notebook handy.

This is an online live Zoom workshop. The link and password will be sent to registrants on the day of the workshop.

Clients and students will often share they are on a spiritual path of clearing out the chaotic energies in their lives. This undertaking is admirable and certainly very desirable, particularly at this time. However, they often conclude their intention with a statement that goes something like, “I am releasing everything and everyone that no longer serves me.” I am puzzled by this statement and its implication that we are here to be served. This concept has led me to an inner investigation of the nature of service within my Reiki practice.
