Ann Day, RMT

Ann is a Reiki Master Teacher who began her energy healing and meditation journey by “accident” in 2011 in Winston Salem, North Carolina at Prizms Center for Mind Body Integration. She was seeking counseling and was profoundly fortunate to find a Licensed Professional Counselor who was also a Reiki Master Teacher. Ann has been a client and student of Andy Moretz of Prizms for the last twelve years. In 2018 Ann attended her first sound bath and was transformed. Although it was difficult to truly express or understand, she felt a deep remembering at the cellular level, but had no idea why. The deep comfort she felt along with the strong curiosity that sprouted from one sound bath ignited her passion for sound healing. In 2020 her passion and curiosity led her to Eloia Healing Arts for a sound bath. Ann has been a student and client of Lori Torok’s ever since. Under Lori’s guidance, as well as, her personal guides, Ann decided to further her journey by becoming a Reiki Master and to share her healing journey with others. Ann started Falling Feathers Healing in 2021 and is the Reiki Practioner for the Pauma Valley Country Club. Ann has studied meditation and Reiki on journeys to Sedona, Arizona, Bali, Indonesia, and The Esalen Institute in Big Sur.

Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from Indiana University. She has a long background in finance and the wine industry. Her most important roles are that of Auntie to her young nephew and dog mom to her rescue, Trouble. She resides in beautiful, peaceful Pauma Valley at the base of the Palomar Mountain Range.

The directive is simple: Love One Another.

Therein lies the Peace of God,

for which you seek, yearn,

and call Home.
