Sound Bath Journeys & Meditations

A sound bath is an experience that is very similar to meditation, with the body being immersed in deep sound vibrations. This is not a music concert, but a healing experience, as the soundwaves surround and move through your four lower bodies: physical, etheric, mental, and emotional.

Allow the beautiful vibrations of SIXTEEN chakra-tuned crystal, metal singing bowls, and the tremendous healing power of TEN planetary gongs to release long-held stresses and tension. Chimes, drums, and voice may also be used for the sound bath, as needed.

Sit in one of our chairs or bring a yoga mat to lie down (as space allows). Relax, and emerge revitalized from the journey of a sound bath experience.

Community Sound Bath

Sound Baths are guided meditations, with sound.  During this session, you will be with others in a group, during this session. Each Sound Bath (or series of Sound Baths) is unique, with a focus that is both collectively guided and personally appropriate. community sound baths are scheduled regularly, usually 3 – 5 each month. Some are themed meditations; some include Reiki energies, and some are silent, without vocal direction.

Advanced registrations: $35

Walk-up/Pay at the door (if available): $40

These popular meditations tend to sell out.  Advanced payment is the only way to secure your spot and is strongly recommended.

Rate for Private Sound Bath:

• 1 – 8 people: $350
• additional attendees, up to 20 total @ $35 each

Scheduled Evenings/Weekends only

90-minute Group Sound Bath (Privately Scheduled via email at eloia@eloiahealingarts.com)
