New Year’s Eve Sound Bath: Release the Past
Release yourself and others from the cords of entanglement. Consciously and lovingly set everyone free, including yourself. Release the past to be fully present here and now, in Peace.
This guided journey will focus your energies toward Peace–in the world and in your heart. Resolve the tensions of holding the past by releasing the energies, and blessing the path no longer beneath your feet. Release the expectations of the future and the demands which keep energy from flowing freely. Be grounded in the Here and Now, where there is Peace.
