Connecting with the healing energies of the Nature Spirits, specifically those related to the Flower & Plant Kingdom, can provide you with healing vibrations and insights of great Light and Divine Presence. It is an important key to emotional balance. Learn how to raise your energetic vibration through nature to attune to greater health and healing.
The work of Dr. Edward Bach has been blessing us for over one hundred years. Come learn about his 38 flower essences and how they support emotional health and well-being.
Participants will take home a 30 ml formula (of their own making) for their personal use. A second remedy bottle will also be provided on the second day of the class. Students receive two bottles in total with their workshop fee.

We begin with a guided meditation, followed by an introductory talk about Dr. Edward Bach and the 38 essences in this remarkable and simple system. Participants will then get to choose their combination of flower essences that best supports their goals for healing and balance. This personal blend will be created for them to take home and use.
On the second day, we go further into the nuances of the 38 remedies and grow our understanding of the remedies and our personal experiences with them.
No previous experience is necessary.
A certificate of participation is given to those who complete the two-day workshop, totaling 10 hours of foundational training.

Lori is a Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner (BFRP) and is found on the Bach Centre’s International Registry of practitioners trained through the Bach Centre in Wallingford, England.
