Sound Bath: Chakra Balancing & Integration

This Sound Bath meditation utilizes sound frequencies, bija seed syllables, and mantras to balance and integrate the chakral system.

During the gentle Guided meditation, allow the beautiful vibrations of SIXTEEN chakra-tuned crystal and metal singing bowls, along with the tremendous healing power of TEN planetary-tuned gongs to release long-held stress, tension, and blockages.  Gain insight and inner space during this inward journey through sound.

Sit in one of our comfy chairs, meditation chairs, meditation stools, or you may bring a yoga mat to lie down.  We don’t use community-shared sticky mats at Eloia Healing Arts.

In-person sound bath experiences are very physical in nature–many feel as if they had a massage, after a sound bath.  Because of the intensity of the vibrations, this is not recommended for those sensitive to sound, including children and those who are pregnant.

Cost: $35.00

Doors open 10 – 15 minutes prior to the event, to get settled.

Sound Baths are not refundable.  However, if you notify us within 3-days of the event, we can reschedule your sound bath for a later date.  If there is less than 3-days, feel free to give your seat to someone else, since you have already paid for it. Seats are fully transferrable.  Thank you.
