Sound Bath: Winter Solstice

A RETURN TO LIGHT!
Come celebrate the changing of the season and the cycle of life, as we stand between an ending and a new beginning.
Individuals are invited to sit or stand behind the SATURN gong during this sound bath for individual strikes, (if you wish) to feel the full power of the resonance. Both symbolic and medicinal, a sound bath experience often brings new energetic perspective to the body, mind, and spirit.
An immersive experience with TEN planetary-tuned gongs– along with SIXTEEN chakra-tuned crystal and metal singing bowls — we will experience the vibrational power of sound, as it releases, realigns, and rejuvenates the body.
$35, per person
Space is limited to 20 people, and these events often sell out. Early registration is strongly recommended.
There are plenty of seats for everyone. We do not share community sticky mats, so if you wish to lie down, be sure to bring your personal yoga mat (as space allows).
Doors open 10 – 15 minutes prior to the event, to get settled.
Workshop fees are non-refundable but may be applied, once, to a similar workshop within 6-months of the original date, if requested 24-hours prior to the event.
Sound baths are not recommended for children under 14 years of age, pregnant women, or those sensitive to sound stimuli. The choice is always yours.
