4GiveNess Project, Week 4

Welcome to Week 4 of the 4GiveNess Project

Forgive the World for Being the Way It Is

This week’s 4GiveNess Project:

  • This week, we examine the things we have had difficulty forgiving, in the outer world.  Make a list of the larger things you have difficulty in forgiving.  The big issues. These may be injustices, laws, policies, dogma–the man-made systems that don’t seem to work for everyone–the things that call forth our sense of righteousness and indignation.  Perhaps some of these things, you don’t even feel deserve forgiving, because you “know” they are wrong.  This list could be rather long, depending on your outlook.
  • As you look at this list you may get a sense of safety in your judgment, because these may not be things you have participated in, directly.   However, to assist in the Ascension process for the planet, you are being asked to bring these concepts and judgments forward, for a healing cleanse in the Flame of Truth.
4GiveNess Project, Meditation #4 – Lori Torok
  • Listen to this week’s Meditation Journey, led by Ascended Masters Maha Chohan and Pallas Athena.  This journey takes us through our bridge between Mother/Father energies and the reconciliation of our view of the World as it is.  It is a powerful journey, which brings great blessings and the cutting of Karmic bonds, as you move forward on your path.
  • After experiencing the meditative journey, take a look at the list again.  Do you feel differently about your judgment(s)?  Can you find some new inner space between your emotional response to the items on the list and the Higher Truth of the Human condition?  Does this inner space feel like Compassion?
  • If your list still burns hot with anger, rage, indignation, or any level of disappointment–you may want to consider taking the meditative journey again.  Keep working with this larger frame of Forgiveness, until a softening of the heart helps you release the knots that keep you bound to the list.  Recognize that Forgiveness is not acceptance or support for harm, but it is a compassionate release of blame, so that you can participate in what need to be done for the healing to begin.  For that to happen, we all participate in raising the Field.
  • What will you do with this list, once you release your inability to Forgive?

“Set yourself free from the system of judgment.

It keeps you trapped in the very system from which you wish to escape.”
