In this Sound Bath meditation, participants will flow with soundwaves in a guided meditative journey to reclaim life force energy that has been lost/stuck in the past. Heal the inner child, move forward with strength and clarity.

In-person sound bath experiences are very physical in nature–many feel as if they had a massage, after a sound bath.  Because of the intensity of the vibrations, this is not recommended for those sensitive to sound, including children and those who are pregnant.
