This Sound Bath meditation utilizes sound frequencies to balance and integrate the chakral system.

In-person sound bath experiences are very physical in nature–many feel as if they had a massage, after a sound bath.  Because of the intensity of the vibrations, this is not recommended for those sensitive to sound, including children and those who are pregnant.
