We begin with theory, going back to Boethius and Pythagoras, then move on to breath and voice, with humming, toning, and chanting, we work with tuning forks (weighted and unweighted), singing bowls (metal, crystal, and handheld), chimes, monochord, harp, gongs, and drums. And, finally, we study the world of sound baths–experiencing what makes an effective sound bath, for private sessions and groups.
