This SOUND HEALING workshop teaches the integration of body, mind, and spirit through breathwork and vocal toning. Learn to find your physical center, optimum pitch, and inner strength through your natural gifts of breath and voice.  This is a terrific introduction to SOUND HEALING and is a great way to open the inner channels, clearing blockages and raising your frequency.

Be sure you have a private space in which to work and to create sounds, without feeling inhibited.

Have a notebook handy.

All levels of experience are welcome in this free community VIRTUAL DRUM CIRCLE. A drum is not necessary, use a table top or even your lap, or another instrument entirely! This is a chance to come together to sound, heal, and feel the music together!

No previous experience necessary.  But experienced drummers are warmly welcomed!
