The Front & Main Dance Festival is a project of Dance Theatre Collective of Southern California and Temecula Presents.
A sound bath is an experience that is very similar to meditation, with the body being immersed in deep sound vibrations. This is not a music concert, but a healing experience, as the soundwaves surround and move through your four lower bodies: physical, etheric, mental, and emotional.

Open From the Center!
Reiki is a form of positive-energy healing, connecting with the universal life-force energies of Divine light and love. Reiki Movement brings these energies through the body, with focused, repetitive movement and dance. This gentle meditative movement may unlock deep holding patterns, setting the body free in a comfortable, safe, and nurturing environment. We will also work with sound, through toning, drumming, and singing bowls for greater body awareness, balance, harmony, and healing.
All levels of dance/movement experience are welcome for this non-performance workshop. Non-dancers are warmly welcome! Ages 16 and up.
$15 drop-in fee/FREE with class card/no observers for this one

The 4GiveNess Project is a 5-week cycle of karmic cleansing through conscious forgiveness to heal your life, past lifetimes, and to heal the world.

This cycle of the 4GiveNess Project (originally introduced in 2018) leads us to the Summer Solstice/Winter Solstice (Southern Hemisphere), utilizing the full power of the Universe’s support for the cycle of increasing of fire, alchemical transformation and re-birth. It also falls between Mother’s Day and Father’s Day–the vibrations of your own incarnation are most readily accessible, as you resolve your own karmic past and the inner child healing that often needs to be addressed.
WHAT: Forgiveness
Join us for a period of asking for forgiveness for all the ways (consciously or un-consciously) we have hurt/harmed/disrupted the life-force energy of others, including yourself. And, then, join us for a period of forgiving others who have knowingly or unknowingly harmed/hurt/disrupted our own life-force energy. In the final phase of this cycle, there is an alchemical shift and understanding of what it is to Forgive.
HOW: Meditation, Prayer, Intention
- You can join us for a meditation or sound bath journey specifically offered to assist you in the channeled 4GiveNess activations.
- A free online 4GiveNess meditation will be made available each Monday, between May 17 and June 20 to assist.
- With a sincere heart and dedicated intention, you are able to call upon the Archangels and Ascended Masters to assist you in learning what you need to know about your karmic debt, burden, and the act of forgiveness.
Forgiveness sets each of us free – bringing us back to our natural state of Loving Awareness.

FORGIVENESS is the path to peace and the journey of the human soul. It is a two-fold process of releasing others and releasing yourself, thusly raising your vibration and helping to heal the planet. In this sound bath journey, we will address the parts of ourselves that have held others in a vibration of hurt and pain. And we address our own need to be forgiven for the times we misstepped, consciously or un-consciously. This journey, lead by beautiful Ascended Masters, is a powerful gift, as part of the Forgiveness Project (May 17 – June 20; leading to the Summer Solstice) to address our karmic debt, burden, and the power of forgiveness.
Sit in one of our chairs (preferred) or bring a yoga mat to lie down (no blankets or pillows, please). Relax, and emerge revitalized from the journey of a sound bath experience. Many report feeling as if they have just had a massage, after a SOUND HEALING SESSION.
$45, per person
Space is limited to 6 people.
Do not attend if you feel unwell. Masks are required.

Clients and students will often share they are on a spiritual path of clearing out the chaotic energies in their lives. This undertaking is admirable and certainly very desirable, particularly at this time.
