A sound bath is an experience that is very similar to meditation, with the body being immersed in deep sound vibrations. This is not a music concert, but a healing experience, as the soundwaves surround and move through your four lower bodies: physical, etheric, mental, and emotional.

Clients and students will often share they are on a spiritual path of clearing out the chaotic energies in their lives. This undertaking is admirable and certainly very desirable, particularly at this time. However, they often conclude their intention with a statement that goes something like, “I am releasing everything and everyone that no longer serves me.” I am puzzled by this statement and its implication that we are here to be served.
