Tues. October 10th- Chakra Awareness Meditation-  This meditation journey will bring you in tune with each one of your 7 major chakras in order to bring harmony and balance to each.  With this awareness, insight will be gained into any imbalances allowing for intuitive guidance on healing.  It is not necessary to have any knowledge about the chakras to attend, in fact this can be a wonderful introduction into your energetic body.

1.5 hours.

Please feel free to bring a yoga, mat, blanket and/or pillow and a journal.  Meditation stools and chairs available.

This healing Meditation/Experience brings in high frequency energies that are comparable [or even more powerful] than those given during a regular Reiki session. Come experience Holy Fire Reiki Energies in a meditation experience!

This meditation workshop is a relaxing journey to have an experience in nature. This meditation is designed to give you insight into how you view your life at the present moment, in symbolism and poignant imagery.

In this meditation Workshop we will discuss the benefits of mindfulness, explore techniques and participate in lightly guided meditation to experience peaceful presence. The techniques taught in this class will carry into your daily life and reduce your stress response.

This meditation is a journey into experiencing healing for a physical issue or situation in your life. By participating, you will gain insight into the root cause or emotional aspect of the issue itself and be guided into changing the emotional energy of the past.

This monthly workshop provides participants with tools and practice in multiple forms of meditation–for relaxation, release, and re-connection. Each month, there is a guided meditation, with inspiration to keep your own practice going strong.

This meditation journey brings sacred geometry and mandala work as a yantra tool for finding the peace within for deeper meditation practice.

This workshop is intended for those who have had some previous experience in meditation; although a regular meditation practice is not required, it is helpful.

A meditation cushion or yoga mat may be helpful, but are not required.  We have plenty of seats for everyone.

Adults only, 18+.

After setting our intentions, both personal and global, we will experience a short guided meditation journey, followed by an hour of silent meditation.  Sit in one of our chairs or bring a meditation cushion for seated meditation.  (This one is not for lying down).

This is a free community gathering of LightWorkers and Seekers, at the start of the week/month, to receive and send beautiful energies of Light, Love, and Healing for the Highest Good of All.

No previous meditation experience is necessary!  Just bring your open heart!

Join us for a quiet one-hour meditation circle open to the community from 8:05 – 9:05AM – All Are Welcome! Bring a cushion of your own, or sit in one of our comfortable chairs.

Please arrive a few minutes early to get yourselves settled, as we will want to begin the meditation by 8:05AM.  Latecomers should not enter, if the “in session” sign is on the door.

Reiki practitioners are encouraged to send distance healing during this dedicated time/space. A list of requestors/recipients will be added to the Reiki Distance Healing Box, or you can use your own guidance.

Feel free to bring any sacred objects, crystals, or meditation tools you wish to place in the circle with us.

As you know, meditation in group is often a stronger energetic experience. Come, be in circle with us.
