Bring a cushion of your own, or sit in one of our comfortable chairs.

Please arrive a few minutes early to get yourselves settled, as we will want to begin the meditation by 8:00AM.  In the interest of all, latecomers should not enter, if the “in session” sign is on the door.

Feel free to bring any sacred objects, crystals, or meditation tools you wish to place in the circle with us.

As you know, meditation in group is often a stronger energetic experience. Come, be in circle with us.
