Meditation Workshop:  Opening to Channel (part 1)

This meditation workshop gives you guided instruction and practice in methods  to connect more fully with your Third Heaven (Archangels & Ascended Masters) Guides.  Bring a notebook, as we will be exploring the writing/channeling process, as well as the meditative connection.

This workshop is intended for those who have had some previous experience in meditation; although a regular meditation practice is not required, it is helpful.

This is a seated workshop. A meditation cushion or yoga mat may be helpful, but are not required.  We have plenty of seats (chairs) for everyone.

This workshop introduces Reiki precepts and techniques in mindfulness to help athletes and performers focus their mental, emotional, and energy bodies to excel in physical performance.  Topics will include an introduction to the flow of energy through the four lower bodies, growth mindset, grounding breath, chakra balance, and holding the electromagnetic field in competition and performance. All those interested in supporting their physical wellbeing and enhancing performance mindset are welcome.  All levels of athletics and performance are encouraged to attend. This is a FREE monthly meditation circle (Saturday mornings, 9 – 9:45 AM, Pacific) open to all, with the primary focus of assisting individuals with forgiveness in their own lives and radical forgiveness for the planet. This 45-minute program offers specific forgiveness practices (activations) from M. Lori Torok’s book, FORGIVENESS: JOURNEY TO A CLEAR PLACE (soon to be published, 2023) and guided meditations which will leave you uplifted and illuminated in the power and strength of forgiveness.
