Sound Bath: Your Soul Purpose

In this Sound Bath Meditation, allow the vibrations of toning, singing bowls, and gongs to connect you with your Divine Guidance to reveal and strengthen your Soul Purpose. Allow this beautiful work to move you forward on your path for your highest and best Good. 

During the gentle Guided meditation, allow the beautiful vibrations of FOURTEEN chakra-tuned crystal and metal singing bowls, along with the tremendous healing power of TEN planetary-tuned gongs to release long-held stress, tension, and blockages.  Gain insight and inner space during this inward journey through sound.

Sit in one of our comfy chairs or you may bring a yoga mat to lie down (no blankets or pillows, please).

In-person sound bath experiences are very physical in nature–many feel as if they had a massage, after a sound bath.  Because of the intensity of the vibrations, this is not recommended for those sensitive to sound, including children and those who are pregnant.
